Everybody is welcome! The first Sunday in Kartik we start with a Kirtan afternoon, the collective chanting of the Hare Krishna Maha Mantra, followed by a vegetarian feast, prasadam. This led by several Kirtaniyas, singers.
Anyone can also offer a lamp to Sri Damodara.
You can also participate at any time during these 5 hours.
The whole world, including ourselves, is in great need of this sublime and primordial Vedic method of Self-realization, the collective chanting of the Mahamantra, the divine and sweet Holy Names of Lord Sri Krishna!
In the Vedic Scriptures, the Lord Himself personally indicates the specific process of Self-realization and Yoga for each epoch or Yuga! (dharmam tu saksad bhagavad pranitan, Srimad-Bhagavatam 06.03.19).
In this Kali Yuga this is Hari Nama Sankirtan!
Sweeter than all other sweet things; more favorable than all other favorable things; the greatest purifier of all purifying things.
Only the holy name of Sri Hari is everything.
